Delivery Policy

For same-day delivery, please place the order by 9am so that our team can prepare the item with enough notice. Delivery guaranteed by 8pm.

Only one delivery attempt will be made. If an individual is not present at the receiving address, effort will be made to contact first the purchaser, followed by the receiver. Should our driver not be able to reach either the purchaser or receiver, every attempt will be made to leave the item in a covered, dry location that is not directly visible from the street.
