“Amazing customer service and amazing shop!
I love having a local florist that always wows my partner when I bring her flowers.
This spot is my neighborhood go-to!”

Order Policy
Pick Up Orders: our address is 3806 W Montrose Ave | 60618. Please be mindful of special hours for certain holidays and events.
Delivery Orders: please call our shop to inquire about a delivery order. For next-day delivery, the order deadline is 4pm so that our team can prepare the item with enough notice. *Only one delivery attempt will be made. If an individual is not present at the receiving address, effort will be made to contact first the purchaser, followed by the receiver. Should our driver not be able to reach either the purchaser or receiver, every attempt will be made to leave the item in a covered, dry location that is not directly visible to the public.
As a design team, we may make substitutions to the floral and/or color palette based on aesthetic and seasonal availability within justifiable reason.
All sales are final. Fresh flowers are perishable product and therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges. The Jade Vine is not required to refund any order that is not picked up by the scheduled date and time.
Please contact us with any questions. We look forward to designing for you!
Flower Care
General Care
To ensure the best care for your flowers, please keep them out of direct sunlight and away from major heat sources.
Prune your flowers when certain blooms expire - some flowers will expire faster than others but this does not mean the entire design is ready to be composted.
Enjoy them! Fresh flowers can actually lift your mood, ease stress, and help with anxiety. They bring a living, sculptural element to any space - like nature’s own art that shifts with light and spirit.
Bouquets
Remove flower food from the rubber band and sprinkle a small amount in a clean vessel with room temperature water. Don’t dump the whole packet in at once!
If your flowers are travel wrapped, remove wrapping and place directly in water (hold on to your Swedish Dishcloth for re-use!)
If your flowers are not travel wrapped and the stems have been exposed to air for an hour or more, trim the stems by 1/4th inch with sharp, clean trimmers. Immediately after cutting, place flowers in your vessel.
Continue to re-cut stems and change water every 2 or 3 days - some flowers may require daily trimming and fresh water.
Arrangements
With internal structure such as chicken wire: simply add clean water with a small amount of flower food mixed in every 2 or 3 days, or as needed.
Without internal structure: cut stems and change water every 2 or 3 days.
